On today’s episode of “Baltimore’s Future,” David Warnock speaks with Marc Szarkowski. Szarkowski, an urban designer, along with transportation blogger Gerald Neily, came up with an idea involving Carroll Park, Mount Clare, a streetcar and a railroad right-of-way.
